We accept return requests for products that meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • The item must not fall under non-returnable categories (see below).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Innerwear, socks, or undergarments
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or made-to-order products

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support at ๐Ÿ“ž 7667177001 or email us at support@eppyhub.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and product image (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address or guide you on how to ship it back.
  4. After inspection, your return will be processed as per our refund guidelines.

๐Ÿ’ฐ 3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking) within 5โ€“10 working days.
  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit after verification.
  • Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Exchange is allowed only for size or color issues of the same product (if available).
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery as per our return policy.

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
  • Upon confirmation, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on availability.

Refund or return may be rejected in the following cases:

  • The item shows signs of use, washing, or alteration.
  • Tags, packaging, or accessories are missing.
  • The return is raised after 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is under the non-returnable category.
